Meet John C. Spruill

John C. Spruill has called eastern North Carolina home his entire life. Raised in Roper, John understands the values, struggles, and hopes of our community because he’s lived them firsthand.

With decades of experience in both public service and private industry, John knows how to bring people together to solve tough problems. He has a proven record of standing up for our families, supporting local businesses, and volunteering countless hours for youth programs and civic groups.

John and his wife have raised their family here, and he believes deeply in protecting the traditions and opportunities that make District 1 such a special place. He’s running for State House to give us the strong, dependable representation we deserve in Raleigh.
